‘CLEAR IDEAS’- Creativity and Innovation Skills Workshop

  • Venue:Doncaster Danum Gallery, Library and Museum
  • Date:1st May 2025
  • Price:£25.00

In order to survive and thrive, organisations are facing increasing pressures to continuously innovate.

  • But how do you keep coming up with truly creative new ideas?
  • How do you choose which ideas to take forward?
  • What levers ensure successful realisation of new products, services, processes, or initiatives?

If you’re self employed or a professional from the third sector or an SME in South Yorkshire, join us for a workshop to master the powerful CLEAR IDEAS (CI) framework. It has been used by hundreds of private, public and third sector organisations over the past 20 years. Backed by extensive research and proven through numerous 'real world' applications, the framework has generated ideas and solutions worth millions of pounds.

What the workshop involves:

Professor Kamal Birdi i from Sheffield University Management School, creator of CLEAR IDEAS (2005), will run this interactive and practical workshop where you will:

  • Discover how to effectively generate and implement creative approaches.
  • Work in small groups on real-life challenges to develop collaborative innovation skills.
  • Create an innovation action plan for your organisation.
  • Network with a variety of other South Yorkshire organisations.

Receive a follow-up online group coaching session to help realise your innovation ambitions.

The workshop is normally priced at £250, but thanks to a subsidy from the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) Skills Bank, it’s only £25 per delegate (maximum two delegates per organisation). Lunch and refreshments provided

Closing date 23 April
