Turnover grew by over 50% from 2022/23 to 2023/24 and their customer base across all industry sectors has doubled since 2020. The number of employees has also grown from 6 in 2020 to 15 in 2024, with the newest starter joining the business this month.
Based at Doncaster airport, Dolphin outgrew their office space and moved into the Lodge at Armstrong House in 2023. And, hot off the press, a further office expansion is now in the pipeline.
With clients in the aerospace industry both in the UK and USA, Dolphin is eagerly anticipating the re-opening of the airport.

A marketing campaign to raise the profile of Dolphin ICT began last year, with the team taking their first ever stand at the Doncaster Business Showcase. It was an outstanding event, with their high profile “juggling too much” Ballnado challenge proving very popular and really getting the Dolphin name out there. Building on that success, next year will see Dolphin taking top spot at the 2025 Business Showcase as the prestigious headline sponsor.
