Doncaster company Ninehundred Communications Group are thrilled to announce their 900Hybrid Trauma Kit has been awarded the prestigious MPA Health and Safety Award. This industry-leading kit has been designed with advanced safety features to keep businesses and their staff protected in any emergency.  

How the product was developed

Originally, defibrillators were provided in depot buildings, but in emergencies, retrieving them was very impractical.                        

To help solve this problem, the 900Hybrid Trauma Backpack was created—a compact, transportable solution designed with the goal of reducing the response time for emergency first aid equipment to reach personnel. By partnering with a manufacturer to design a portable carry case, the company enabled staff members to easily transport defibrillators, ensuring that this essential first-aid equipment is easy to carry and contains a defibrillator allowing for life-saving care to be delivered in record time.

The high-visibility material on the backpack allows it to stand out even in low-light conditions and includes a RapidStop Tourniquet, which is specifically designed to help control haemorrhaging in cases of injuries to both the arms and legs.

The Rail Industry

The 900Hybrid Trauma Backpack has been deployed in the Rail industry, where remote location requires swift medical assistance, especially where there may be a limited number of staff working on a hazard.
