Latest cohort of Help to Grow Management programme announced to support local businesses

Sheffield Business School is launching the next cohort of the Help to Grow Management programme with onboarding starting on Tuesday 9 May.

The Help to Grow programme is a practical course that takes place over 3-months and will include both online and face-to-face sessions, alongside peer support and 1 to 1 mentoring. The course is designed to support senior managers of small and medium-sized businesses to boost their business performance, resilience and long-term growth.

Help to Grow is 90% funded by the Government. Onboarding starts Tuesday 9 May and Module 1 starts Monday15 May. Sheffield Business School is excited to welcome a new round of businesses to help them accelerate their growth plans. 

This executive development course is designed to support SMEs to boost their business performance and growth potential. Small business leaders will develop their strategic skills to increase their business’s long-term productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate. The course aims to enhance business management and strategic capabilities, at the end of the course you will have developed a growth plan for your organisation to help achieve your long-term vision and strategic goals.

The curriculum has been designed with support from industry, using real world case studies and will cover key areas of leadership including:

  • Building vision and brand
  • Engaging and inspiring teams
  • Creating customer value
  • Adopting digital technology
