This valuable service is available completely free of charge and offered in partnership with City of Doncaster Council at businesses/workplaces in the Doncaster area. 

The Health Check is aimed at identifying early signs of serious health conditions such as stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. By detecting these issues early, the check helps you take control of your well-being and take proactive steps to maintain your health.

 In addition, they are offering free workplace health testing, which provides numerous benefits, including improved employee well-being and enhanced productivity. For smaller workforces, they have a dedicated office conveniently located in Doncaster City Centre, with appointments available daily from 9am to 7pm plus weekend availability.

A health check can provide insights into:

• Cholesterol levels: early detection of heart disease risks.
• Diabetes risk: spotting pre-diabetes or blood sugar imbalances before they escalate.
• Stroke risk.
• Dementia risk.
